1. Download Lunar IPS patcher here
2. Extract the exe & place somewhere like 'C:/Windows'
3. Run it for the first time. You will get a warning message:

4. Just ignore it & click 'OK'
5. You can see the UI now. Close the application.
    Reason for this first time run, is for this tool to register *.ips as it's filetype

6. Extract the ips file you got, execute it & select the required rom to be patched. Backup your rom first!

7. A message will pop up, saying the patching was done. It will only patch, not change the rom name.
